Moving and feeling my own body has been a need in my life for as long as I can remember. Physical activity was important to me even as a child. I always wanted to explore and push my own boundaries. I have been working as an independent bodyworker for several years in the areas of Yoga, Fitness, Nutrition, Thai Yoga Massage, Breath Work and Coaching. In addition to regular classes and personal trainings, I create workshops and retreats and work as a mentor in various basic and advanced yoga teacher training courses. My classes and trainings are characterized by a creative, playful, intensive and loving approach to one's own body, which is rounded off with hands-on assists and ends in a deep relaxation to recharge body and mind. Working with one's mind refers to the conscious process of self-reflection, self-awareness and mental discipline. The goal is to promote mental clarity, achieve emotional balance and support personal growth.
