My professional path began with a degree in sports science, which deepened my passion for holistic movement and laid the foundation for my qualifications: the personal trainer license as well as the fitness trainer licenses A and B. Over time, extensive training followed, including certification as a 1400 h+ advanced yoga and meditation teacher (Yoga Alliance USA), 760 h traditional Nuad Thai massage therapist and trauma-informed SPIRITUS breathwork facilitator. Other focuses include work as an empowerment circle facilitator and Metamorphosis Prenatal therapist. Today, I work as a freelance personal trainer, nutritionist and holistic therapist to helping my clients to maximize their physical performance, enhance recovery and achieve their individual goals through personalized training and nutrition strategies. In my workshops and retreats, I offer a holistic approach that combines movement, mindfulness, and healing. In addition to working with individual clients, I also share my expertise in training yoga teachers and massage therapists, both in beginner and advanced courses. My goal is to create performance-enhancing and transformative spaces where strength, focus and inner calm can thrive.
