I built and led a team from an initial 4 people to 27 change management and training experts delivering across several complex digital transformation and technology adoption programmes. I was the line manager which involved engaging with senior stakeholders in LP Corp, LP Digital and entities in 29 countries, providing quality assurance across programmes on CM, and continuing to enhance and build a methodology, tools and templates. A large focus was on establishing a CMO and an extended change community. Our team built a change deployment approach that successfully managed to address the various challenges of global digital rollouts.
