Defined and delivered Canada's first Electronic Post Office; a centrally managed electronic mail gateway interchange, an innovative centralized technology for seamlessly interchanging electronic mail, documents and spreadsheets. EPO allowed Bob Rae to be the first Premier who could send-and-receive email from inside and outside of the OPS, by tying together more than 100 disparate electronic mail systems across more than 20 ministries (and broader OPS) and a total of 27,500 electronic mail users.
