Thanks the strong Google partnership I was the person in charge to create new marketing architecture using Google Cloud infrastructure (an hybrid Customer Data Platform): the main goal was aggregate customer's behavior, demographic and others 3rd party datas into a BigQuery where, using machine learning algorithms, we extract the mains kpi such as Lifetime Value (LTV or CLV), purchase prediction insights, and an intelligent customer segmentations based on RFM analysis. Through activation phase, using Google API's, I connected different products in order to create the last part of the infrastructure lifecycle through marketing automation products (AI Based). I was chosen by the board of directors to directing ecommerce growth for the most important Brands. I have had the opportunity to work deeper analyzing different kind of business, solving issues about pitfalls on customer journey (on e-commerce). I dealt with other managers, helping to solve CRO and marketing issues analyzing quantitative and qualitative datas. Clients managed:
