Proximity GuatemalaManaging Director
Sep. 2012 - Sep. 2013Ciudad de Guatemala - GuatemalaIn Proximity Guatemala, I aimed to change how the agency works. The most challenging objective was to restructure and redesign the processes. When I started working at Proximity, the agency had 15 employees. While the restructuring was taking part, we incorporated more people into the team to improve the quality of services offered and to offer new ones like BTL. After 11 months of hard work, the agency had more than 25 employees, and the growth continued. My responsibilities were operational supervision, public relations, marketing analysis, new business development, set and follow-up of the P&L of the agency, service control, reporting, capital requirements, and other duties assigned by the CEO (Omnicom Media Group). Before I left, I had the challenging objective of applying Franklin Covey's Four Disciplines of Execution to our work processes.
