RBRegional Compensation & Benefits Manager for Africa

Ghana and Uganda)
• Support the Regional HR Director in delivery of the reward strategy, in particular in managing the
annual compensation review and the annual performance plans
• Monitor best practices across all aspects
• Partner with regional leadership, provide analytics and insight with respect to pay
competitiveness and work to attract, retain and engage top talent
• Manage the mobility operations across the region and monitor and assess the effectiveness of
RBs Mobility Policy across the Region
• Identify areas of unnecessary complexity and drive simplification across the operation of the
International Transfer Process and other mobility programmes
• Prepare, review, and / or approve offers for international transfers and local hires
• Provide advice and support on all transfer related issues to Regional / Local HR teams
• Review existing banding across Region to ensure alignment with global principles
• Contribute to the C&B team across your Area and show initiative on new ideas and in
implementing Global policies
• Develop business perspective at regional level and connect to multiple markets within diverse
regions. Influence and convince internal stakeholders
• Develop own perspective and turn ideas into sustainable actions in a framework across the area
and in accordance with CHQ policies, practices and procedures
