• Developed and implemented the long-term marketing strategy that caused the stable growth of profit +36% annually
• Optimised the marketing department work, enlarge the number of marketing channels that increased the SEO results, led to new partnerships, and increased sales by +23% already two months after implementation Main responsibilities:
• Continuous analysis of international art education market, determination of trends, positioning, and main strategies of the competitors
• Creation & continuous revision of short-term and long-term Marketing, SMM & PR strategy for Doodle&Sketch
• Control and implementation of the general website design concept, positioning, mission, brand voice
• Competitor analysis, customer analysis, customer acquisition
• Monitoring the main marketing metrics, developing quick tactics, reporting the results
• Establishment & continuous revision of the financial model for the educational platform (scheme of payments for teachers, study terms for students)
• Creation of reports for company use and future analysis
