This is achieved through strategic and operational leadership, management of the portfolio and cross functional engagement to achieve results. Focus and responsibility includes: * Delivery of business opportunities through partnerships, licensing, new business opportunities, government engagement, technology and innovation. * Coordination, ongoing integration and delivery of fundraising activities * Positive brand positioning and protection through marketing, PR and multi-channel communications (internal and external). * Internal and external communication strategy and delivery to achieve results and influence cultural engagement and change Key achievements include:
* Re-negotiating all partnership contracts resulting in $46 million in on-going funding for Surf Life Saving
* Successful negotiation of the first major national partnership for SLSA in 14 years
* Significant expansion of the licensing program to double revenue
* Development and implementation of 5-year national public safety campaign - The Myths about Rips and The Think LIne * Doubling of social media audiences across website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
* Significant increase in audience across livestream channel for national sports events including international audiences
