Responsible for scheduling, executing and compiling monthly crime reports to the Prime Minister. This included getting clearance from Secretaries of State and Special Advisors at No. 10 Downing Street.
Developing forecasts for the rail performance industry. This included individual forecasts for all the train operating companies in the UK and enabled a realistic target to be established for rail punctuality and reliability nationally, for the first time.
Creating a “statistical dashboard” for road congestion including setting benchmarks for the targets on road congestion and briefing the Prime Minister and Secretary of State for the Department of Transport each month on progress towards agreed targets.
