Manage the New Hire Orientation (NEO) program, leading bi-weekly sessions campus-wide and working closely with stakeholders to evaluate program effectiveness.
Source, organize, and develop educational materials to support Learning and Development initiatives.
Play a key role in establishing and executing evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of
learning initiatives.
