Oct. 2008 - May. 2013Manila Philippines•Assist in the formulation of the Inflight department and the Cabin Crew policies and procedures •Initiates, evaluates, recommends, processes manpower requirements for the division •Ensures the implementation of the Cabin Crew policies and procedures •Plans, organizes, monitors, evaluates Inflight Services office systems and procedures •Formulates, develops, monitors cabin crew performance appraisal system •Trains, develops and evaluates cabin crew in accordance with the company policies and regulatory bodies and agencies (CAAP) •Reviews. Recommends revisions of the cabin crew monthly schedule •Conducts periodic consultancy work with other departments •Recommends developmental programs for cabin crew •Ensures availability of cabin crew manual, uniform and equipment and office supplies •Ensures open communication with the airline governing entities •Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Manager of Inflight Services and senior company officers •Act as Rater/ Line Check cabin crew and ensures effective implementation of exisiting policies
