I support the Managing Director to develop psychological service offerings and improve outcomes. Specific duties and achievements include:
● Ensure LBVC’s compliance with legal and ethical standards of psychological practice, by staying abreast of developments in the field through active participation in psychological research, the supervision of intern psychologists, and the thesis supervision of postgraduate students in psychology.
● Enable organisations to create measurable and scalable People initiatives through the design and delivery of workshops on current topics such as “Organisational Culture in Tech”, “Design Organisations of the Future”, and “People Analytics for Non-Data Scientists”.
● Lead interdisciplinary (psychology, business, law) research projects on human behaviour with partners from the University of Edinburgh Business School, Queen Mary University of London, London Business School, and Stellenbosch University.
● Lead multi-organisational research initiatives (design, data collection, analysis, report writing, and presentation) focused on the current state of post-pandemic People practices, and providing tactical insights to stakeholders.
● Strengthen organisations’ leadership talent pipelines through the application of psychometric tools and methodologies such as Stratified Systems Theory and Cognitive Process Profiling.
● Provide state of the art executive coaching by translating the latest research into practical applications.
● Resolve startup and scale-up board dysfunction, improving the likelihood of successful IPO, through structured behavioural group interventions.
● Address issues of performance, DEI, engagement and wellness by leading bespoke People analytics projects, from discovery to implementation.
● Draft policy that is evidence-based and guides organisational practice that ensures employee wellbeing.
