The Assigned position, was to turn this underperformed property, into a market leader within the golf and none golf markets segmentation, to lead the overall staff of 220 professionals, 2015 budget excels the 10.5 million Euros, over half a million euros investment in the main golf course, the proposed EBITDA is above the 6.5% of the budgeted one(14.5%), representing an increase of 6% above the previous year (2014), the new business segmentation and development was implemented, in 2013 / 2014, already overcomes the earlier forecast for 2016 and achieved the targeted budget with business in the books. Prized with five awards in the last three years, and nominated for the Portugal Leading Resort in 2016, at the World Travel Awards, coach the existing team into the new SOPs of the industry and from the management company.
