I defined a product/market fit, did competitor and user research, built UX prototypes, and worked closely with UI, software and firmware developers (the US, Europe, and China teams). The challenge was to keep a high focus on the specifics of the target audience and make the user interface and flows as easy and error proofed as possible. We integrated location, speed, and battery tracking via IoT protocol, and added Stripe integration for payments. The solution included the administrative console to manage the fleet and for troubleshooting.

Dec. 2019 - Nov. 2020🇺🇸 The platform for small trucking companies in the USA, Canada, and Mexico that allows them to manage their fleet, drivers, customers contacts, invoices, and create the most optimized routes to deliver the loads. Small logistic companies were struggling with not having modern software. Our solution helps manage the load shipments and brings driver-dispatcher communication to a new level. The MVP was successfully launched for the beta testers just in just 4 months after the start of the development. It consisted of the web administrative panel for dispatchers and the mobile applications (Xamarin) for drivers. For the next version, we added the API integrations with the most popular invoice factoring services, such as Thunder Funding, Porter, and CoreFund Capital, to provide the users the faster payments on their invoices. Later the integration with one of the biggest logistics market-place was added.

Mar. 2019 - Aug. 2020🇺🇸 The platform for a New York-based company that connects tutors and students with complicated learning profiles, and makes it easier for the supervisors of the company to find the best match, plan sessions, manage the payments and invoicing (via Stripe integration), and keep the profiles digitalized and up-to-date instead of using spreadsheets. I held the discovery phase by building the user’s research and UX prototypes, wrote the user stories, investigated the payment integration options, and led the delivery phase with the web team (Ruby, JS). As a result, the client was able to improve their user satisfaction rate and company finance traceability and grow their client base x4 in the first year of using the platform.

Sep. 2018 - Mar. 2019🇪🇬 The product was founded by a professor and passionate researcher in mental health to test his hypothesis in uprising the mood in daily life. By focusing on happy faces, not-aggressive animals, and healthy food photos, rather than on the opposite, the user might build the habit of choosing what is best for them in a real life too. We built a mobile application (Xamarin) that contained a few games to test the professors' hypothesis.

Dec. 2017 - Apr. 2018🇬🇧 An interactive mobile application that provides an easy and fun way to learn foreign languages for the youngest audience (3-7y.o.). With high-quality bright illustrations and greatly designed screens, the kid can go on the journey of learning new words and their pronunciation recorded by other kids in a very intuitive and contextual manner. The languages pack included 9 languages. The application had a gamification logic to keep a kid motivated, as well as statistic gathering and reporting for parents to keep track of the progress of each kid in the family while using the same account on the tablet.
