Mehul is a seasoned HR leader with around two decades of experience in the rapidly evolving landscape of global human resources. With an impressive track record, Mehul has been able to create value in various facets of HR, including change management, business partnering, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), leadership development, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), and professional coaching. Mehul is alumni XLRI, Jamshedpur and holds the prestigious International Coach Federation (ICF) certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with more than 700 hours of coaching experience under his belt. Mehul is also a certified MBTI & DISC practitioner. He worked with organizations like QX, ICICI, Abellon and Solvay in various capacities in India and abroad.
