Analysing the commercial activities of the group to identify areas where improvements and/or cost savings can be made. Managing projects to further investigate, and implement these improvements. Purchasing items used across the group, both on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best deal for the group, both from a price and quality perspective. Notable experience includes document management, renewable energy, waste management, stationery, printers, toners, lighting and electricity procurement. I have also taken on work within the Management Accounts department ranging from fixed asset, capital invoice, road fund licence and fuel administration, to nominal ledger account reconciliations.
