Helped gain a foothold in new competitive verticals by successfully
promoting and presenting the platform to leading digital publishing,
e-commerce, telco, and FSI conglomerates’ C-level executives,
program managers, domain experts, consulting firms, marketing
agencies, and PE/VC portfolio value creation managers
Served as a focal point of post-sale support resolving partners’
technical, operational, and commercial requests and issues
pertaining to day-to-day management of the Optimove platform on
behalf of the shared clients utilizing, amongst other tools, Zendesk
and Intercom; acted as a liaison between CSMs, PS department,
solution engineers, marketers, sales managers, and PMs
Contributed in-depth insights regarding the team’s core strategy,
internal KPIs, roll-out and adjustment, commercial partnerships,
business model discussions, and ABM hands-on plannings
Created, nurtured, and curated the partner pipeline utilizing Hubspot
