Jun. 2022Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States* Transitioning Project Management Platform/new system implementation. - Data transfer from Wrike to Teamwork Project Management Platform. - Project, task, workload, time logs: structure, setup, and implementation. - Correspondence with Teamwork Client Manager about New Features and tools/resources we hope to have. Also, Beta testing New Features and providing feedback to the platform. - Setting up, introducing to the team, and maintaining new features as the platform evolves.
* Project Management: - Maintaining Projects, Milestones, Tasks, and Subtasks within Teamwork. Including, but not limited to, creating within the system, assigning to respective team members, providing necessary details, determining time estimates, allocating time, and planning timing in schedules and workloads. - Maintaining Team members’ Workloads, PTO, and time logs. - Providing reports to CEO, COO, and HR Director regarding operations: Weekly billable spend, team members’ logged hours, project health, etc. - Corresponding with team members and clients regarding new SOWs, Projects, and Tasks and verifying necessary follow-up details via JIRA, Slack, Teamwork, and email. - Allocating appropriate information, correspondence, and tasks to respective team/team members. - Supporting Project Management team during OOO Coverage.
* Social media: strategy and planning for the company, including copywriting and copyediting.
* Coordinate and maintain all aspects of the office function: scheduling, ordering, maintenance, products, etc.
* Support CEO in client management, including email/task list maintenance and prioritization, client correspondence, scheduling, editing of contracts/Statements of Work, and other client-facing materials.
