[24]7.aiDesign Lead

Apr. 2022 - Feb. 2023Lead designer for the User Management Tool commissioned to manage the users across 24[7] Engagement Cloud from a central location. It involved adding users, defining roles and permissions, mapping products and tools, and maintaining teams. Key highlight - my project manager and I pitched the idea of a centralised user management tool to the various internal stakeholders, including the CEO. Until then, user management was a decentralised function reducing the teams’ efficiency and negatively impacting the client relationship.

Apr. 2019 - Mar. 2022Led the end-to-end design for the Model Workbench (MWB) - a no-code data modelling tool, from setting product vision to implementation. The design intervention rekindled the product and created a positive impact in serving our clients across retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare and other sectors. I also facilitated design workshops, ran design sprints, and mentored junior designers during the course. I was awarded 'Bravo' award in Nov 2019, 'Team Above & Beyond' award in Nov 2020, and the 'Team Excellence award' in Feb 2022.

I designed the web and mobile applications, the website, and all the branding and visual designs. My process included creating Floh’s service blueprint, identifying the gaps and opportunities at different touchpoints, and closely working with the founders to enhance the overall user experience.

The final product included an interactive table where the customers could view product details, compare products, and read reviews, thus reducing the purchasing decision times and strengthening customer loyalty. I also conceptualised a mobile application using AR technology to help consumers project various home appliances in their home spaces.
