• Assessed and gathered various client requirements and discussed them with SMEs and solution architects to define project requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and finalizing and documenting the scope of the project. • Processed non standard service requests having TCV over 2.2MUSD and change requests with TCV 900KUSD+

• Collaborated with the global client staff, PMO, and the on-site delivery team to fulfill request commitments, deliverables and for the future iterations and enhancements.
• Developed clear standard operating procedures to be utilized across the team for Master Service Agreements resulting in 20% increased working efficiency.
• Partly performed duties of the project management office within HPE account. Coordinated and worked on P&L data, project progress, budget utilization, WBS, and project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the account.
