- Managing and overseeing a team of up to 26 HR Reps (4 HR Managers - MY, TH, PH & JPN, Comp & Ben Manager, Business Intelligence Analyst, Mobility Manager, IR Manager, People & Culture Specialist, ESG Specialist, Payroll Executive, HR Admin, 4 HRBP Leads and 8 HRBPs)

• HR Budget and R&R for SEA countries
• Work with global team in France to execute people, engagement & culture goals in SEA and executing and implementing HRIS
• Contracts and Vendor Agreements for SEA
• Managing and Mentoring the HRBP Team

• Impact Sourcing and ESG – Environmental, Social & Governance Strategy (ESG)
