Hence, the rewards here are an asset for the users that can be redeemed in order to enter Fan Engagement Activities like Meet and Greet, Match Tickets, Fan Wall Appearance, Merchandise and more, or the users can monetize the rewards by auctioning them on the platform itself! - At NeoFanTasy I took a mixed role of a Product Manager and A Project Manager. In the beginning I was responsible for conducting market research to find the best suitable product for the users. - After the development of the product I looked after the partnership for NeoFanTasy where we got engaged with multiple brands like SwissFootball, Bundesliga, Hype Sports, Women's Cricket League, RSWS, Gujarat Giants Kho Kho, AS Monaco, etc. - We launched our app as a private beta and registered a user base of 1200+ in just a week with CAC as low as 60 INR. - With our Zero budget marketing we grew our impression on social media in millions.

The amount was used for further product development and team development.
