• Ensuring that relationships with consultants, builders and partners are effectively managed.
• Manage the change order process – working with team to provide direction to the preparation of change paperwork, negotiate, process, and assess cost and schedule impact. Ensure proper documentation and communication of change orders and their impact on project, and ensure that trade/supplier and client change orders remain to date;
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and abilities; applies innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance and supervise the workforce at multiple locations;
• Develop, manage and negotiate all contractor and vendor relationship. Approval of sub-contract, letter of intent relevant to subcontractors to ensure that they are in line with the project budget, schedule and contractual requirements;
• Responsible for overseeing client or prospect visits (i.e., due diligence meeting, review meetings, etc.);
• Minimize capital and operating costs while searching for continuous ways of improving which could include accelerating the development cycle to enhance return on investment;
