- Establish an EPM GCC capability for global clients (delivery model + governance + talent + outcomes)
- Create structured service lines for FP&A, planning, consolidation, and performance reporting
- Package GCC as a repeatable solution offering for enterprise and GCC buyers 4. Assisting Leadership in Building OneStream Capability
- Assist the leadership team in shaping and scaling the OneStream practice , Supporting commercial strategy, offerings, positioning, and GTM 5. Global Market Expansion
- Drive business growth across North America, Europe, and the Middle East
- Build regional GTM plans, anchor accounts, strategic alliances, and market-entry motions 6. Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen Solution Analysts’ brand as a trusted partner for enterprise transformation
- Drive thought leadership, narrative, and market visibility across EPM, GCC, and OneStream ecosystems 7. Analyst Firm Relationships (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) - Manage relationships and positioning with analyst firms to strengthen market credibility 8. Investor Relationship Support with Leadership
