– Conducted pre-sales financial analysis on publicly listed prospects, identifying derivative market loss patterns from financial statements to shape bespoke proposals, directly winning competitive deals against multiple vendors through solution specificity.
– Owned full program lifecycle end-to-end: requirements gathering, planning, development coordination, UAT, go-live, and post-deployment support, producing project charters, PDDs, POCs, RAID logs, risk registers, SLAs, MOUs, UAT cases, and change adoption plans for every client engagement.
– Planned and delivered institutional trader education programs for 1 in 2 enterprise clients, coordinating teams of 8-10 across formal timelines and milestones covering algorithmic and quantitative trading strategy deployment in derivatives, equities, and crypto markets.
– Led Blueshift SaaS platform delivery to national scale as the sole B2B program owner, running sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and PI planning while coordinating A/B testing, load testing, security protocols, historical data connectivity, and UI/UX across engineering and QA teams.
– Onboarded 9 enterprise clients within 5 months and generated INR 1.8M per quarter while maintaining post-deployment KPI tracking and change adoption monitoring in partnership with each client's L&D team.
