I have been part of the Property Management Division of the MAJV (which was appointed to provide a comprehensive property service to SANRAL) since 2010. I am responsible for Property Management and Administration of Inspectors. I prepare and am responsible for the Evaluation all Contracts from all Regions - (Sub-Contractors). I liaise with Conveyancers, Facilitators and Sub-Contractors on a daily basis. I am responsible for the recording of all Invoicing and Payments to Sub-Contractors/Attorneys/Conveyancers. I am responsible for the management of Inspectors and Inspections of all High Risk, Leased and General Properties in all Regions countrywide. Administrative duties include the generation and creation of Monthly reports for submittal to Sanral. Member of the Bid Spec Committee
