- customer management both in the sales and after-sales phases: 80 customers in the area (increase in dealers + 20%);
- periodic visits, needs analysis, promotions (both to trade and to consumption), order collection;
- Turnover development and maintenance (+ 30% on total turnover from the beginning of the mandate, + 100% on the National Cooked category, with high margins for the company);
- sales campaigns and / or realization of events with pre-selected customers (product tasting days at customers);
- preparation of visits: market and competition analysis, price detection, assortment analysis;
- achievement of the pre-established targets;
