In collaboration with DAIN, manage the talent acquisition and retention strategies and processes for the PLANE programme such as workforce planning, recruitment, interviews, performance management. Ensure timely notification to DAIN on payroll variations such as staff exits, leave procedure Advise managers on organizational HR policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, dispute resolution, employee disengagement, and administering disciplinary procedures and recommend needed changes Maintain staff files/records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related issues. Oversee the onboarding process including the induction of new hires and other relevant contractual arrangements with DAI Nigeria. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee resignation.
