Apr. 2017 - Oct. 2017Bauchi, NigeriaDeveloped USAID technical progress reports and work plans, and other technical documents as required Supported Bauchi or Sokoto state PHCDA to develop and review annual work plans and technical progress reports for USAID submission Promoted both formal and informal learning, as well as knowledge exchange, among both MCSP colleagues and RI partners Created and implemented a “Knowledge Management Toolkit” to inventory the numerous types and high volume of project documentation Mapped key stakeholders and their information needs/priorities and articulated an operational plan for intentional process documentation Assisted with the development and led the maintenance of a web-based “documentation dashboard” to ensure that both key events and routine MOU and PHCUOR implementation processes, outcomes, and actions are inventoried, tracked, analysed, and disseminated prospectively in a timely and strategic manner Worked with MELA to track and document key successes, case studies, conference abstracts, and other materials and messages that demonstrate program achievements and progress Analysed data and “telling a story” around program results, including factors critical to success and/or areas needing improvement Represented MCSP as appropriate and determined by the MELA and SITAs, through active participation in state-level meetings, technical advisory groups, working groups, and other high-level coordinating forums Worked closely with MMEL Advisor to develop capacity building activities for MCSP/RI staff to enhance their ability to communicate about project achievements Promoted consistent flow of information as well as the internal and external communications Supported periodic internal program planning and review exercises
