Jun. 2019 - Jul. 2019Maroua and Mora*Recruiting Point-of-sale and Customers(qualitative&quantitative basis) on the territory and manage markets and events animations; *Ensuring that agents;DSM;POS;end-users are well trained on products and services,New Value Propositions and promotions; *Monitoring the brand visibility in the market,strategic deployment plans and M.I.T planning; *Monitoring of stock and products availability through Business intelligence tools(Power BI,VTU,HXC,CLM,Zone SMS).Controlling HVC POS and others should not be Out Of Stock,Supporting teams on the field sales and field activations; *Developing the Mobile Financial Services Ecosystem through different channels; *Increase digital penetration by communicating and educating on new brand apps(MyMTN;Ayoba); *Monitoring strategic KPIs(GrossAdds;SalesIn;SalesOut;Loading;Revenue...)on daily,weekly and monthly basis; *Collaborating with external stakeholders(TDR,Politics and Administration,Enterprises,Army,etc) for panoramic territory assessment and opportunities development.
