I am a business strategist, educator, and entrepreneurial leader with a multidisciplinary background spanning executive leadership, international business, artificial intelligence, and agricultural innovation. My career has focused on combining business transformation, operational leadership, and emerging technologies to create scalable and forward-thinking solutions across global markets. Since 2014, I have served as an Adjunct Professor of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Artificial Intelligence, teaching students from leading international universities, including Hunan University and the Beijing Institute of Technology in China. My work in higher education has centered on entrepreneurship, international business, innovation, startup development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and global leadership. One of my most significant professional achievements has been leading the development of an artificially driven agricultural greenhouse initiative in Wuhan/Huangpi, China. Over multiple years and international engagements, I designed and helped develop a controlled-environment agricultural system capable of year-round crop production with minimal human intervention. The project integrated artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, environmental automation, and advanced agricultural systems engineering. In addition to the technical and strategic development, I worked directly with Chinese governing bodies and navigated the complex agricultural land-use framework within the People’s Republic of China. My professional background reflects a unique ability to bridge Western business strategy with Chinese operational, cultural, and regulatory environments—particularly within emerging sectors involving AI, sustainability, and advanced agricultural technologies.
