Jan. 2020 - Feb. 2026Led the overall development and day-to-day management of Dune Mexico across multiple destinations in the Riviera Maya and Cozumel, overseeing operations, administration, logistics, customer experience, supplier and partner relations, safety management, and multicultural team coordination within a highly autonomous executive role.
Managed international clients, premium tourism experiences, operational performance, and strategic partnerships while supervising teams composed of dive professionals, instructors, captains, guides, sales staff, and administrative personnel in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments.
Also responsible for implementing operational procedures, risk management protocols, service quality standards, and business development initiatives while acting as a key liaison between local operations, international stakeholders, tourism partners, suppliers, and the Dune World group.

Jul. 2008Internationally recognized PADI Course Director since 2008, Camille has dedicated more than 25 years to professional dive education, leadership development, and high-level training operations within the international diving industry.
From 2009 onward, he was consistently recognized as a Platinum PADI Course Director — except during 2023, 2024, and 2025 while focusing on his executive responsibilities leading Dune Mexico — reflecting years of sustained professional activity, instructor development, and contribution to the training of dive professionals at an international level.
Driven by a strong entrepreneurial mindset, Camille also founded Scuba Diver Republic, an independent dive training organization specialized in recreational and professional dive education, technical diving, and Emergency First Response primary and secondary care training. Through this structure, he developed and supervised high-standard training programs combining operational discipline, safety culture, mentorship, and real-world field experience.
