Jul. 2025Colombia, BogotáI currently serve as Marketing Director at GH Servicios Profesionales, a mid-sized professional services and legal firm with more than 35 years of experience and a strong portfolio of legacy clients. Since joining the company, I have led the creation and development of the marketing department from the ground up, establishing the strategic, creative, and operational foundations for a new stage of brand growth.
As part of this transformation, I directed a full brand refresh, including the development of new branding guidelines, a renewed visual identity, a more sophisticated brand language, and a clearer positioning strategy aligned with the firm’s experience, values, and long-term vision. I have also led the development of new service portfolios, institutional communication materials, and the upcoming launch of the company’s new website.
My role includes overseeing creative direction across photography, video, graphic design, and brand content, while coordinating designers, creatives, and external collaborators to ensure a consistent and elevated brand presence. In addition, I am leading the implementation of artificial intelligence tools to optimize marketing workflows, improve internal processes, develop automation systems, and explore AI-powered agents as part of the company’s evolving brand and operational ecosystem.
This role represents an ongoing strategic transformation in which I continue to build the company’s marketing structure, strengthen its brand identity, and position GH Servicios Profesionales for a more innovative, visible, and scalable future.

May. 2021 - Jun. 2025Colombia, BogotáI served as Marketing Director at Clandestino Club, where I led the brand’s marketing, content, and digital positioning strategy during a highly impactful stage of its growth. As part of this role, I contributed to strengthening the club’s presence and recognition, supporting its positioning among the top 100 clubs worldwide.
My responsibilities included the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, creative direction for photography and video productions, content strategy, visual storytelling, and the coordination of digital assets aligned with the club’s identity and audience. I oversaw the direction of photo shoots, video concepts, campaign materials, and social media communication, ensuring a consistent, elevated, and engaging brand presence.
This experience was both professionally enriching and deeply rewarding, allowing me to combine strategic marketing, nightlife culture, visual direction, and digital growth before moving into my current position.
