I’m an Instructional Designer and course developer with experience creating engaging online learning programs across multiple industries, including retail, healthcare, business, and apprenticeship training. Over the past several years, I have developed apprenticeship-aligned courses mapped to UK standards and KSB frameworks, working closely with SMEs to translate complex information into practical, learner-friendly experiences. My work includes designing onboarding programs for boutique and retail environments, where I focused on creating scenario-based learning, customer service simulations, and brand-aligned onboarding experiences that help new staff become confident quickly. I have also built interactive SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using Articulate Rise with Storyline and code blocks for onboarding, compliance, leadership, and operational training. One of my key strengths is combining instructional design with modern AI-supported media production. I regularly integrate tools such as Canva, HeyGen, and interactive video techniques to create visually engaging, mobile-friendly learning experiences that improve learner engagement and retention.
