We transformed their existing matching database into a robust online application that automatically matches based on mutual criteria between people & positions. Once launched the application was acquired by Ryerson University and is now operating successfully in seven major cities across Canada as part of one component of Ryseron's Global Diverscity Exchange program. My role was in analysis and conception of the new system through to Ux Design.
