• creation of report templates and preparation of automatic, recurring e-mail deliveries,
• implementation of interfaces with clients' IT systems Responsibility for Data Security in co-operation with Information Security Administrator Supervision of service-desk operation, Responsibility for business continuity in 24/7, 365 days/year operational environment,
