From all the projects, it is worth highlighting my involvement in the: - Identification of the possible areas of optimization for the business, as well as, in the design of the new processes to be implemented; - Implementation of European Directives such as, the PSD2; - Development of international benchmarks and in the identification of new practices to be followed and/or to be implemented by other companies; - Improvement of Customers Journey, mapping the actual journey, with the identification of the main Touchpoints for the business, as well as, the main Pain Points, Gain Points, Emotions and Expectations for the customer along the respective journey; and finally, converting all these identified issues, points of improvement and recommendations into the new and future journey, for an improved service and increased customer experience; - Testing - identifying and reporting potential errors and discrepancies found in the developed screens both in DEV and PRE, according to the pre-established user stories and mockups set for the business, before the actual production and release.
