Feb. 1995 - Apr. 1997ATM Network Component Manufacturer; Tasked with the development and delivery of courses in Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) Networking for FORE Systems direct sales staff, support engineers, and customers. Courses taught included Introduction to ATM, ATM Theory and Switch Operations, Introduction to ATM LAN Emulation, Introduction to the FORE LAX-20, Introduction to the ForeView Network Management System. Taught courses at the FORE Training Center as well as many training sessions at client sites in the USA, Canada, Singapore, and Australia. Students included FORE internal staff and new hires, resellers, distributors, VARs, and FOREThought Partners (including Northern Telecom, Cabletron, Optical Data Systems, and others). Specialized in training on all FORE products. Developed much technical knowledge on FORERunner Switches (ASX200, 200BX, ASX1000, LAX20), and adapter cards (SBA200E, HPA200, PCA200E). Adjusted Courseware for ForeView 3.0 and ForeView 4.0. Taught standard and pre-standard methodologies for network design of virtual circuits and signaling.
