My duties included the following: - Managing all service related projects (i.e. new machine installations, plant optimization, overhauls, retrofits, audits) from quotation to final acceptance and the reporting thereof. - Coordination and supervision of the assembly of Krones machines at the customer, i.e. installation, commissioning, performance measurement and final acceptance. - Support customer with everyday production issues (i.e. continuous improvement, training needs and support, performance measurement, maintenance planning and performance measurement). - Ensure that projects are effectively monitored, checked, documented and correctly verified. - Customer support, clarification of (customer) complaints, trouble shooting and pro-active communication. - Supervisory role for over 50 service technicians. - Foster and support interdepartmental cooperation within the LCS Center and Head Office.
