Build relationships with Dealers who operate those properties or own businesses that sell the supplied branded Petroleum Products. Act as a Business Consultant with Dealers to increase a sites profitability and Fuel Volume by strategizing techniques to deal with local competitors within the market, offering price counseling and initiating ways to identify business partners who can support dealers on new opportunities or site upgrades. Manage the branded sites as per the standards and expectations set by the Major Oil Companies CrossAmerica distributes Fuel for. These companies include, Exxon Mobil, Shell, Sunoco, Gulf, Valero and BP. Communicate and administer support to resolve accounting, billing, credit card, maintenance and technology issues that arise. Conduct fuel inventory audits and monitor sites to ensure environmental standards are compliant with state regulations, and all necessary licenses and permits on site are up to date. Recruit, network and interview Dealers to lease or reopen closed sites while also identifying Dealers that operate existing business. Review, understand, and negotiate the terms for renewing or creating new PMPA Fuel Supply and Lease Agreements.
