• Spearhead, plan, develop and sustain amazing value-adding business relationships with key distributors.
• Develop, strengthen, and drive a joint strategy and plan with distributors, coordinate direct performance and P&L responsibility, and maintain a strong focus on working with distributors to develop the capability within their organizations.
• Lead the route to market (RTM) Executive team, develop and drive GN Plc distribution strategy with the Distributor and the wholesalers.
• Assess and optimize distributor’s operations in line with agreed operational standards and coordinate tracking through the Distributor Account Management tools.
Key Achievements:
• Grown Mainstream category by +3% against the previous year, Grown International spirit and reserve segment by +1 and 6% against plan resulting in GSV growth of 2.8 Billion in H1 and Q1.
• Managed the Launch of Orijin Gin, Orijin Bitters Sachets, JW White walker, and Bailey’s delight in the region with above plan growth margin resulting in Availability at 85% of strategic outlets in 1 month, with shipment and depletion exceeding 122% contrary to plan.
• Reactivated 3 major previously inactive distributors in the region, this has resulted in volume and value growth of +10% and +7% respectively.
• Deployed and managed the spirit Wholesale Loyalty program (WLP) with a resultant 9% growth in sales volume. This also encouraged full product listing and RSP compliance at wholesale.
