May. 2009 - Jun. 2011Taichung City, Taiwan• Conduct data analysis, evaluations, and experiments (DOE) while maintaining a strong presence at subcontractor production lines to ensure successful mass production, new product qualification, and product transfers
• Collaborate with Quality, Test, and supplier teams to identify, implement, and measure continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor supplier open/short issues daily and provide weekly status updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability
• Develop, implement, and refine supplier performance indices to drive quality improvements, yield optimization, process consistency, and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
• Resolve and manage supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and Non‑Conformance Lots (NCL) in partnership with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE)
• Participate in supplier assembly compliance checks and system audits, coordinating with SQE and relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards
• Train subcontractor personnel on specialized requirements, strengthening technical capability and compliance
• Foster strong working relationships with suppliers, maintaining open communication and collaboration
• Take ownership of subcontractor assembly issues, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with company objectives
• Uphold professional conduct in line with the company’s business code of ethics, promoting integrity and accountability in all supplier engagements
