- Manage and supervise activities in general performed by assistants and analysts
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes; admission and resignation procedures and also responsible for the update of wages guide
- Supervise the input and output of documents
- Supervise the distribution of documents and correspondence in general
- Insert and update registries in specific systems and check the registries inserted by the assistants
- Recommend internal procedures with preventive objectives, aiming to keep the company's activities within the legislation - Develop and update company policies and administrative procedures – SOPs, working instructions and general guides
- Provide support to management and board of directors by selecting, guiding, training, monitoring performance, evaluating performance, enforcing organizational procedures as well as interact with other subjects related to people management
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Prepare and / or review financial management reports
- Prepare cash forecasts to detect fundraising
- Prepare and review of contracts and addendum in general
- Prepare documents, presentations and / or spreadsheet
