A soap noodle sourcing project to increase margins between 400-600bps. And a project to produce locally two brands that are currently imported at a much higher cost. The project has a potential to improve margins 1000bps, significantly enhance service delivery and allow for a substantial increase in Brand Investment. -In the Oral category, researched and put together the three investment business cases for innovations that included Brand extension, Brand re-launch and introduction of a new Brand into the market. These projects are expected to increase the category margins by 400bps and growth revenue 6 times by 2020. All three Investment business cases were approved by the Board of Directors as well as the Regional category leadership team. -Managed the monthly results call that gives an end to end review of brand and category performance capturing key metrics like penetration, distribution and shares versus competition as well as the brand and category P&L and other key performance metrics.
