MSDLearning and Development - Induction Lead

• Liaise with various members of the leadership team and managers
• Obtain feedback on current processes and propose changes to Leadership Team
• Work to find solutions and implement various stages of induction for the future intakes
• Design and produce materials including an induction video, welcome pack and manager’s process guide The role requires initiative, confidence and creativity along with the ability to negotiate and compromise, in order to find an ultimate solution for every stakeholder, whilst working to a tight deadline.
