A driven marketing and events professional with over 8 years of experience in leadership, brand development, team management and operational execution across the food & beverage, trade and logistics industries in Southern Africa. My career started with Red Bull as a Wings Team Lead, where I developed a strong foundation in brand engagement, leadership and high-performance team culture. Since then, I have worked across a wide range of small and large-scale events, business and brand launches, promotions and hospitality operations, often leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where creativity, people management and execution are everything. A large part of my journey has been centered around building and leading teams, from headhunting and hiring to training, mentoring and helping individuals grow into confident, capable professionals. I genuinely enjoy creating environments where people feel motivated, supported and inspired to perform at their best. Today, I lead the marketing department for a group of companies operating across Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe within the trade, logistics and food & beverage distribution industries. My role covers everything from social media strategy, corporate and social events, visual communications and brand storytelling to culture initiatives, team building and strengthening the identity and presence of the brands and businesses we represent. I thrive in dynamic environments where people, brands and experiences come together. I am passionate about creating meaningful connections, building strong teams and bringing energy, structure and personality into every project I take on.
