[Vetcogray Subsea Structure] Gorgon upstream is a phased development of the Gorgon and Jansz fields. The development is based on subsea production and control equipment with a single multiphase pipeline from each field. The two fields will be tied back to the shore facility at Barrow Island by individual static umbilical. The design will provide for future tie-in of compression facilities. Design life will be 50 years for non-replaceable structures. All facilities will be designed keeping life cycle cost in mind and using minimum- manning concept consistent with safe and efficient operating practice and the required plane availability. This implies a philosophy of minimum complexity, maximum reliability and unattended operation wherever possible.

[Su Tu Vang Jacket]. The jacket is one of the new challenges in McDermott batam, since it is vertical jacket with weight approximately 4079 MT. The Roll-up process is not common, since we combine it with lifting process during installation of center box. Meanwhile, Installation of J-Tube or riser encourages becoming more creative since the final position is vertical instead of horizontal.
