Sep. 2016 - Jul. 2021Sudan- Assist in the development and administration of HR projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the department and university at large - Maintain staff files, recruitment tracking tools, and statistics to ensure comprehensive and organized records. - Assist in handling of human resources activities, including payroll and personnel databases. - Coordinates special projects in support of meeting the department key business objectives supporting the ongoing development and evaluation of HR services, monitors progress and end ensuring end result are delivered. - Assists in the design and development, and maintenance of new procedures and/or documentation /forms. - Review and screen recruitment applications from various sources, ensuring the identification of qualified candidates. - Maintain a library of HR Polices and departmental manuals according to set process facilitates the interviewing process, Drives on-boarding process, Prepare job descriptions and person specifications to guide the hiring process to ensure that all job descriptions are up-to-date and related employment agreements. - Provide support for various human resources activities, including appointments, staff movements, resignations, retirement, re-assignment, transfers, and other staff mobility to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies. - Designed and delivered comprehensive new employee orientation programs to educate staff on school policies, compensation packages, and benefits. - Participates in the cultural and social events in the university. - Maintain the human resource database, employee records, and an accurate filing system. - Responsible for activities related to the processing and documentation of HR Data Analysis using HRIS.
