May. 2015 - Feb. 2019Responsible of selling process and after selling customer care Making connections between purchasing team ,technicians and manufacturers beside Kuzey group with customers Responsible preparing sale offers and contracts Tracking payment process and preparing monthly customer balance reports. Preparing documents via banks according payment type (L /C , D/P etc… ) Making organisation between 3 companies (Usta form ,Kuzey form,Çağ Machinery ) which will manufacture products under Kuzey Machinery Group Tracking abroad agencies at Russia and Indonesia Making detailed arrangements of abroad and domestic fairs (including Germany ,Indonesia, Kazakistan ,Russia,İstanbul) Responsible from documentation,design,connections for Kuzey Group’s products with fair area, and also transportation after attending as a sale representative.Searching future exhibitions which will be efficient for Kuzey Group. Purchasing machines which will import directly without manufacturing at Kuzeyform factory. Responsible from Export Process Documantation. Preparing disposal arrangements. Intercommunication with both consumers & customers from different countries like Russia ,Ukrain,Saudi Arabia ,UAE & Indonesia via e-mail,phone and etc. Assisting foreign customer visitors through their visits in Turkey by being their first contact arranging accommodations, restaurants ,factory and touristical trips. Customer visits with technicians in their countries for general control of our products for between 10 to 20 days .Controlling and taking care of technician team and installed product , simultaneous translation between Kuzey technician team and customers ,after preparing technical report about which will done at the factories and what is the plan for development of our products after adjustments and installation. Arranging logistic service according to product via air ,sea ,road .
