Maintained & improved Production planning system, including updating master data & procedures Interdepartmental issue resolution for customer service and production teams. Use of Excel & other systems to improve plant efficiency, and to reduce product non-conformance Developed & managed own Key Performance Indicators; used results to improve planning procedures Provided interface between Customer Service, Purchasing, & Production Departments Participation in Quality Control processes, with highest “contamination detection” accuracy on site.
