Many years later I found myself as the sole salesperson for the company my wife and I started selling printing services and promotional products. I was determined that I was going to sell without selling, that I was going to sell by serving. I leveraged LinkedIn effectively to find and identify my prospects and initiated contact with them by showing meaningful value. I combined this will be as genuine and authentic as I could be. My passion is to help sales leaders and sales professionals tap into their true authentic selves and build relationships not based on what a prospect can do for them, but the value they can bring to their prospect. That starts with building real relationships with genuineness and proving value that is meaningful and long-lasting. At Selling From The Heart we are bringing authenticity and substance to the sales profession. After training sales teams around the world across multiple industries we’ve come to the conclusion that the two biggest things holding back salespeople are inauthenticity and lack of substance. These two factors cost companies millions of dollars in lost sales and profits while perpetuating the problem of sales and customer turnover.
